This device is designed to measure and improve the flatness and parallelism of the machine. It consists of 2 precision calibration units, a distance measuring laser unit, and related software. The device has a precision of 1 micron per meter and allows for simultaneous precise measurements in two axes. It communicates through Bluetooth, eliminating the need for any cables. The software and the device work in sync. One of its most important features is the ability to monitor the up-and-down movements of the machine’s legs as it is leveled on the software’s graph during machine setup. This enables us to quickly and accurately prepare the machine for use. You can receive measurement reports in detail as a separate document or store them in your data.
