Mechanical Modules
A series of mechanical, robust, and precise clamping modules made of hardened and ground steel, consisting of a special three-jaw self-centering locking system.
The system can be fully managed through the available product library in standard format from CAD/CAM or Simulator. It is a single modular system with positioning and clamping pins for parts with threads from M6 to M60 and various heights.

Index Modules
FAST MILL modules are designed to tolerate high axial and radial loads. Depending on the module size, they apply clamping forces ranging from 30 kN to 100 kN.

FASTMILL Pins and Bushings
We use pins with a standard range from M6 to M60 to secure our mechanical modules to the table. Additionally, we use bushings to center the modules on the holes in the table.

For this module, pins ranging from M6 to M16 are used.

For this module, pins ranging from M6 to M24 are used. There are three types of pins available: male, female, and those for post-heat treatment use.

FASTMILL Tables
Standard, Custom, and Modular Tables are manufactured from stainless and hardened steel. Surfaces are precisely ground, holes are calibrated in a climatic environment, and checked before shipment. Calibrated holes, typically with a 50 or 100mm grid spacing, are designed for precise workpiece positioning through mechanical modules. Both standard versions for small to medium-sized machines and modular versions for large-sized machines are available. Tables that are ready for production are in stock, and custom tables can also be manufactured according to your requirements.

Mini Module Tables
These tables are modular tables designed for the simple and precise assembly of small and medium-sized components. These tables allow for the accurate positioning and fastening of standard threaded parts with sizes ranging from M6 to M10. They are made from stainless steel and are ground to precision. The tables have calibrated hole center distances ranging from 10 to 25 mm.

The tables are manufactured from stainless and hardened steel. Their surfaces are meticulously ground, and after the holes are calibrated in a climatic environment, they are inspected before being shipped. These calibrated holes, typically with a grid spacing of 50 or 100mm, are designed for precise positioning of workpieces through mechanical modules. They are available in both standard versions for small to medium-sized machines and modular versions for larger machines. There are tables in stock, and custom tables can also be produced according to your specific requirements. There are two models available: one for large and one for small applications.

The modular clamp can move within its own axis by +/- 70 mm. When you attach the fixed module to it, you have a vise that can utilize the entire table of your workbench. The clamping system, which pulls the part towards the base, ensures perfect parallelism.
